University Payment Plan Options
The University has contracted with Nelnet Campus Commerce as its official payment plan provider. All students needing to establish payment plans must do so through this vendor. Each semester, students have a certain period to establish payment plans for current semesters. To set up payment plans, students simply log into Self-Service. Once logged in, under Registration, students select Nelnet/FACTS Payment Plan.
For past due payment plans, students must contact the Office of Student Financial Services, directly, to obtain information for setting up past due payment plans.
Students are unable to obtain transcripts, regardless of having a satisfactory payment plan, until their balances are paid in full.
At any time a student wishes to terminate a payment plan, because he/she has received sufficient financial aid to cover balances or have received other forms of payment to resolve his/her account, in full, must contact the Office of Student Financial Services, at least ten (10) business days prior to the payment being due to terminate/cancel the payment plan. If a student fails to contact the office, the payment will be drafted, as agreed, and any fees charged will be assessed, as applicable. The University is not responsible for any fees assessed to students who have entered into contracts with Nelnet Campus Commerce. If payments are drafted and any refunds are due, they will be refunded within the University's refund schedule, as applicable.
