Termination

Students may only stay in the residence halls and continue to live in residence halls if they are enrolled and attending classes. A student may not live on campus if they are not enrolled in classes for any reason. The University reserves the right to terminate housing upon action by the Vice President for Student Affairs or authorized designee for behavior including but not limited to an unwillingness or inability to abide by the terms and conditions of the housing contract, unwillingness or inability to make payments per the established deadline dates, failure to maintain enrollment in the university, and/or engagement in behavior deemed detrimental to the health, safety, welfare, and/or security of self or other residents. The University reserves the right to terminate housing when the resident has been suspended or dismissed or if a resident fails to maintain full-time status, has been deregistered for any reason, or has withdrawn from classes.
