Move-In: A “Room Condition Report”
A “ROOM CONDITION REPORT” will be provided to the resident at the time of moving in. This form must be filled out and returnedimmediately the same day. The resident must note in writing of any defects or damages to the room, fixtures, appliances, and furniture, if any.Otherwise, the assigned space will be considered to be in a clean, safe and good working condition and the resident will be responsible for defects or damages occurred during their stay.
