Health and Safety Inspections

Resident apartments/rooms will be inspected during each break and periodically during the year. These inspections are conducted to ensure that maintenance, safety, sanitation, and property control requirements are being followed. Items prohibited by law or University policy may be confiscated, and the resident(s) will be subject to disciplinary action.
