Cleanliness
Resident must maintain the apartment in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition at all times. Unclean conditions may create an unhealthy environment and attract rodents or insects.
- Resident must have food not currently being consumed or cooked in sealed Sinks may not have standing water or dirty dishes at any time other than when currently cleaning said dishes.
- Trash must be in tightly closed plastic bags and deposited in either the trash rooms or dumpsters Trash inside the apartments/rooms must be in trash cans or tightly closed plastic bags. Excessive amounts of trash are not allowed.
- The bedrooms and common areas must be kept in generally clean condition with hard surfaces wiped down; floors swept, mopped, or vacuumed as applicable, and clothing and other items picked up off the floor.
- Pathways to the exits and windows may not be blocked or have excessive amounts of trash, clothing, linen, or other items that can prevent a quick exit in case of an evacuation.
