As part of Lincoln University of Missouri’s 25 in ’25 points of pride initiative, we’re highlighting the $23.2 million Dawson Hall renovation — a testament to the University’s commitment to progress and student success.
Dawson Hall, the University’s largest residence hall, is undergoing a complete transformation to provide students with a modern, comfortable and dynamic living environment. The renovation, which began in 2023, remains on track for completion in time for fall 2025 occupancy. Upon reopening, Dawson Hall will feature 180 rooms and 360 beds, offering a revitalized space designed to enhance the on-campus experience.
Lincoln University is making major investments in its campus to ensure students have access to high-quality living and learning environments.
“The Dawson Hall renovation reflects our commitment to improvement and growth,” said Lincoln University President Dr. John B. Moseley. “We are committed to fostering a supportive learning and living environment for our students to succeed.”
With this investment, Lincoln University is ensuring that future generations of students will have access to state-of-the-art facilities that promote both academic achievement and personal development.
