On Tuesday, December 3, the Academic Success Center hosted the Take-a-Break Tuesday event, "Power Up for Finals: Personalize Your Snack Bag with Inspiration," designed to help students de-stress and stay motivated as finals approach. As part of the ongoing Take-a-Break Tuesday series, the event invited students to decorate a bag with personal goals or inspirational quotes and fill it with snacks of their choice. The Take-a-Break Tuesday series is part of the Becoming a Healthier LU initiative, which focuses on supporting students and promoting overall well-being.
