Lincoln University of Missouri partnered with the Boys & Girls Club of Jefferson City to host its annual Holiday Extravaganza on Tuesday, December 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. Photos by Rebecca Rademan.
The festive event brought families and community members together on Lincoln’s Quad in front of Memorial Hall to kick off the holiday season.
The evening began with remarks from Lincoln University President Dr. John B. Moseley and Boys & Girls Club CEO Wade Middaugh.
Highlights of the event included a tree lighting ceremony, performances by the Lincoln University choir and band, Santa’s Workshop featuring holiday crafts and activities, and the opportunity for children to take free souvenir photos with Santa.
The Holiday Extravaganza provided a joyful evening of free entertainment for families and created lasting memories for the Jefferson City community.
