The College of Liberal Arts, Education and Journalism is comprised of four departments: 1) Department of Education, 2) Department of Fine Arts, Communication and Journalism, 3) Department of Languages, Literature and Philosophy and 4) Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
The Department of Education contains the following programs: Elementary Education, Special Education, Middle School Education, K-12 and Secondary Education, Health and Physical Education and Wellness.
The Department of Fine Arts, Communication and Journalism contains the following programs: Art, English, Foreign Languages, Journalism, Music, Philosophy, Speech and Theatre.
The Department of Languages, Literature and Philosophy contains the following programs: English, Foreign Languages and Philosophy.
The Department of Social and Behavior Sciences contains the following programs: Criminal Justice Administration, History and Geography, Political Science, Psychology, Social Science, Black Studies, Legal Studies, Cultural Diversity.
