Department of Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Services (ITS) team provides technical support for Lincoln University in the areas of networking services, telecommunication services, desktop and server/applications support.

The ITS Help Desk is located in the Innovation Lounge at 120 Schweich Hall. You can reach the ITS Help Desk by calling 573-681-5888 or by email: HelpDesk@LincolnU.edu.

Regular onsite support hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
Summer onsite support hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm, Excluding Holidays.
