Purpose
Lincoln University's Human Nutrition and Health initiative is responsible for the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of nutritional and health programs throughout the state of Missouri; primarily focusing on underserved and minority populations.
Mission
The mission of our initiative is to promote, educate and ecourage sustainable healthier nutritional habits for the communities we serve.
