The Office of Undergraduate Education (OUE) supports undergraduate student academic development at Lincoln University by providing academic services and offering programs created to assist them succeed during their undergraduate experience and beyond. The Office of Undergraduate Education provides an array of academic and co-curricular experiences to assist students with identifying and achieving their academic goals. These services include those provided by the Offices of Undergraduate Research, Civic Engagement & Leadership, International Education & Study Abroad, Career Services, and the Academic Success Center, all of which are a part of the University College. The Office of Undergraduate Education is led by the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education & the Dean of the University College.

The Office of Undergraduate Education strives to provide exceptional academic advising thought the University College and other support offices that seek to actualize the academic experience in an intentional manner. This is achieved through creativity, collaboration, intentional communication, the use of effective technology and evidenced-based implementation of high-impact practices for student success.
