Application Designed for Future Employment Match

Each applicant must complete an LUEA application process. This process will specifically link participants with the most appropriate employment opportunities across participating state agencies. This process will include, but may not be limited to:

  • Assessment of eligibility based upon individual agency internship and/or employment requirements.
  • Agency-specific introduction/orientation sessions.
  • Preliminary participant matching with open and/or pending positions based upon established selection criteria.

Financial Aid Available

All participants will undertake full-time coursework, making them full-time Lincoln University students and, therefore, eligible for financial aid.

The startup funding for this program was provided by the Missouri Department of Social Services, Office of Workforce and Community Initiatives.
