Introduction to ADP Time Tracking
On March 1, 2025, Lincoln University transitioned to the ADP timecard system for all salaried nonexempt and hourly employees. This change is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Key Dates:
- March 1, 2025: Time & Attendance tracking starts
- April 2025: Payroll processing goes live
Validation of Information: All Lincoln University employees, including student workers, must log into the ADP system to validate their demographic and banking details. Accurate information is essential for the seamless operation of payroll and HR systems.

Train-the-Trainer Approach: We have adopted a train-the-trainer approach to assist student employees with the transition. Designated personnel within each department will train their respective teams, ensuring all users are confident in using ADP’s functionalities.
