February 12th, 2025

Lincoln University’s Career Services recently launched JumpStart Your Career Academy, a new professional development program designed to prepare students for internships, field experiences and job shadowing. Through a series of interactive workshops, students will gain essential career-readiness skills and have the opportunity to connect with industry professionals.

“The Jumpstart Your Career Academy serves as a professional development program for our students, helping them better understand how to develop soft skills such as emotional intelligence, leadership, career management, professionalism, teamwork, communication and much more, skills that are vital for success in today’s workforce,” said Lincoln University Director of Career Services Paula Clay.
